Arrive in Sarria by your own means. Take a stroll on the riverfront and enjoy delicious Spanish food at one of the many terraces in anticipation of your first walking day.
Sarria - Portomarín
Walk through the most beautiful oak grove in the Camino. Visit romanesque churches, a medieval bridge and several historical sites.
Portomarín - Palas de Rei
Portomarín dates back to the Roman invasion of Spain. Walk through the region of Monterroso and visit Castromaior with its famous roman ruins.
Palas de Rei - Arzúa
Visit Ribadiso while walking through the most spectacular camino scenery. Try the renowned cheese varieties in Arzúa.
Arzúa - Rúa
Walk through quiet forest paths with eucalyptus groves between quaint villages. Visit St Irene's chapel and baroque fountain.
Rúa - Santiago
Reach the Hill of Joy (Monte do Gozo) before you arrive in Santiago's famous Obradoiro square and visit the Cathedral.
Santiago de Compostela
Your adventure ends after breakfast today. Enjoy your morning in Santiago and visit the many landmarks around the city. Go to the Pilgrim's office to request your certificate.
